Mayan Red is the name that we gave to our first variety, coming from Honduras. Its taste is full-bodied and intense, with notes of red fruits.

Depending on the roasting and the percentage of cacao, we reveal different notes of its aromatic profile through two chocolate recipes.

Recipe 1 - Light roasting

Strong expression of young and fresh fruits. This recipe has acidic notes of fresh red currants, cherries, plums and raspberries and lychees.
