Mayan Red est le nom que nous avons donné à notre première variété, en provenance de la jungle du nord du Honduras. Son goût est corsé et intense, avec des notes de fruits rouges.
TUMA YELLOW
Tuma Yellow est notre seconde variété. Originaire de la jungle du Nicaragua, cette variété révèle des notes florales complexes et de fruits jaunes.
NICA BROWN
Nica Brown est notre troisième variété de cacao. Nica Brown allie parfaitement l'acidité des notes de fruits rouges à la saveur douce et boisée de la cannelle et des noix.
