Xoco beans and chocolate made with Xoco beans have won international recognition and several awards.

This includes Cocoa Excellenece, Academy of Chocolate awards, many gold, silver and bronze awards from the International Chocolate Awards, and several Great Taste awards.

Xoco beans and couverture are used by some of the world's leading chocolatiers, including Patrick Roger, Alain Ducasse, Jean Paul Hevin and others.

Alain Ducasse is a French chef, who also makes his own chocolate for use in the pastry at his restaurants. In 2012, he held 21 Michelin stars, making him the second ranked chef worldwide in terms of total Michelin stars. He operates a number of restaurants including Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester which holds three stars (the top ranking) in the Michelin Guide.
 

Jean-Paul Hévin is a French award winning chocolatier. Considered as one of the best chocolate makers in the world, he operates 4 stores in Paris, 11 in Japan and 1 in Hong Kong, headquartered in Paris

Patrick Roger is a French chocolatier. In 2000 he was awarded the official title of the best chocolate maker of France (MOF). In 2018, he was awarded the French Legion of Honor medal for his work in chocolate. He has published several books on chocolate. Considered as one of the best chocolate makers in the world, Patrick operates eight shops in France, and one in Belgium.
