Frank Homann
Director
Frank is the founder and chief executive of Xoco. Formerly an officer in the Danish Royal Life Guard, Frank worked internationally for a number of years as a COO for a leading security company, and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. In 1999, he co-founded Zensys, a leading wireless company, headquartered in Silicon Valley, which was later acquired by Sigma Designs. Frank holds an M.B.A. at INSEAD in Paris and is a graduate of the Army Officers´ Academy in Denmark.

Marvin Mora,
General Manager, Honduras
Marvin has ample experience in the commercialization of agricultural products in Central America. Before joining Xoco, he was the Regional Sales and Marketing manager for an international company. Marvin is an Agricultural Engineer from the Zamorano University in Honduras. |

Juan Carlos Saenz,
Field Manager, Nicaragua
Juan Carlos has managed a number of cattle ventures and he has been the general manager and operations manager for two vegetable export companies in Nicaragua. Juan Carlos also has his own cattle farm. He holds a Bachelor degree from UNAN-CUR in Matagalpa as well as a Master´s degree in business from the UCA-TEXAS A&M. |

Jose Enrique Herrera,
Corporate Production Manager
Jose Enrique has been the production manager of several agricul tural companies in Nicaragua and has operated high volume nurseries in vegetables and other crops. Jose Enrique is an Agricultural engineer from the Zamorano University in Honduras.

William Lopez,
Corporate Controller
William has been in a number of accounting and audit related management positions with Durolife de Nicaragua and CISA AGRO, a coffee exporter. William holds a degree as a CPA from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua.
