Frank was the founder and President of a leading wireless company headquartered in Silicon Valley in the USA. Frank is a graduate of the Army Officers´ Academy of Denmark and he holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.
Tito Jimenez
General Manager, Nicaragua
Tito has more than 30 years of experience with cocoa in Central America. For two decades, he was the General Manager of a cocoa processing plant. His speciality is fine cocoa and he is probably one of the most recognized experts in the region. Tito is an Agricultural Engineer and he holds master´s degrees in Agricultural Sciences and International Business.
Marvin Mora,
General Manager, Honduras
Marvin has ample experience in the commercialization of agricultural products in Central America. Before joining Xoco, he was the Regional Sales and Marketing manager for an international company. Marvin is an Agricultural Engineer from the Zamorano University in Honduras.

Orfy has more than 15 years of experience in high volume tree reproduction. She is a Forestry Engineer.
